Returns & Refund Policy

At LoreHair we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our factory. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

For hygiene and quality-control reasons:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products once shipped.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Approved cases will be handled at our discretion.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer is completely responsible for return shipping costs and items sent back to us. Under no circumstances does LoreHair cover return shipping charges. Returning items without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

Once your item(s) have been received at our corporate office it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Your refund should appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.
