1. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
1.1 All orders require 1–2 business days to process before shipment. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the next business day.1.2 Business days exclude weekends, U.S. public holidays, and carrier holidays.
1.3 Orders may experience delays during high-volume periods like sales, promotions, holiday seasons, or new product launches.
1.4 Standard Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.
1.5 Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or incorrect addresses.
2. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
2.1 A shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking details once the order ships.
2.2 Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
2.3 Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments.
3. SHIPPING ADDRESSES
3.1 Customers must ensure their address is correct and complete at checkout.
3.2 We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3.3 If a package is returned due to address errors, the customer will incur a reshipping fee.
4. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES
4.1 Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, MyBraids.com is no longer responsible.
4.2 We are not responsible for stolen packages or misdelivered items.
4.3 Any lost or stolen packages must be claimed with the carrier directly.
4.4 No refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
5.1 International orders may take 7–21+ business days, depending on destination and customs delays.
5.2 Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
5.3 We are not liable for delays caused by customs processes. If a package is refused due to customs fees, no refund will be given.
6. SHIPPING FEES & PROMOTIONS
6.1 Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the shipment is returned due to customer error.
6.2 Free shipping promotions are subject to change and are based on specific terms.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES & DELAYS
7.1 We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

8. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

8.2 If an order hasn't been processed, we may cancel it at our discretion. Cancellations after processing are not guaranteed.
